Cancellations and Refunds

Our classes are planned for a limited number of students. For this reason we regret that fees are not refundable from 5 working days prior to the start date of a course. Also, no partial refund can be granted for classes not attended. Link Chinese Academy cannot accept any responsibility for unforeseen changes in student’s circumstances that may prevent attendance.

All cancellations and request for refunds must be received in writing (including email) by the Link Chinese Academy at least 5 working days before the beginning of the course. The following charges will apply:

If received more than 10 working days before the start of the course, 10% of the total course fee and
If received between 10 working days to 5 working days of the course starting, 30% of the total course fee.

Fees will be fully refunded if a course is cancelled due to an insufficient number of students, or for any other reason beyond our control.

Quorum

Our classes are planned for maximum of 10 students. However, no class will run with less than 5 students.

Notification

Applicants will be informed no less than 5 working days prior to the scheduled start date of a course whether the course will go ahead.

Fees will be fully refunded if a course is cancelled due to an insufficient number of students, or for any other reason beyond our control.

Catch up lesson at a different time/location

It is free for students to attend a class at other time/location in case of missing a class, however for Friday course the maximum number of catch up lesson is 3.
