How do we find the perfect nanny for you? Print E-mail

Step 1.  Our prime motive is to find out what your needs are.  You will speak in depth with us about your families requirements.


Step 2.  Upon registration we will suggest possible nannies for your position.


Step 3.  Detailed profiles of documents including CV's, references and relevant identification material are emailed/posted  to you.


Step 4.  We have to choose the best - You then let us know if you would like to interview any of our nannies and we will arrange a time and place which is convenient for you.


Step 5.  Nannies are interviewed in person - we will not recommend a candidate for a position until personally interviewed.


Step 6.  We will check a minimum of two written references and verify any qualifications she has.


Step 7.   We will provide you with any contact numbers of references, should you wish to check them yourself. We always recommend you speak with at least one former referee and this provides peace of mind.


Step 8.  If a nanny requires first aid certificates, CRB disclosures or a family requires her to be registered, we will arrange everything.


Step 9.  If you like, we will provide you a detailed sample Contract for you to use with the nanny.


Step 10. We finally value your feedback and will make any relevant adjustments if required.
