If you need to train several members of staff whose Mandarin level and professional needs are similar, we encourage training in small groups (maximum 6 in a group). Group training is not only cost-effective but it is also a dynamic way to train a number of staff. Having a small, homogeneous group allows the trainer to focus on developing key communication skills through role-play and pair-work activities and to simulate real-life business situations more realistically.
